Whale Watching

Whale Watching

from $45.00

The endangered Humpback Whales visit the Hawaiian Islands from November through March, the winter season of the Northern Hemisphere. They travel great distances to enjoy the warm waters and to give birth to their calves.

While here, we all (even the mermaids) enjoy watching the whales teach their young how to live in the waters. They learn how to come up for air, how to communicate using their body, echolocation, and their voice, their whale songs. It’s possible that the ways they flap their tails or breach the water (soar up out of the water, in part, or their whole body) are ways of expressing their sheer joy of life in the sea.
