Hawai`i is a land of a very active volcano. We often forget that the Earth is in a continuous state of evolving along with us. Here she’s been actively, continuously creating new land on Hawai`i Island since 1983. Volcano ash and gases help create our brilliant sunsets and sunrises.

Situated in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, the Hawaiian Islands are the most remote islands in the world. They’re the farthest from any other landmass in the world. No wonder it takes so long to get here!

The Pacific Ocean, the deepest ocean on earth, has some of the stormiest seas. We’re often reminded, “don’t turn your back on Mother Ocean”. We never know when a rogue wave might come ashore. The waters are also like a giant salt spa. Simply sit along the shore and watch the water. When you’re feeling sufficiently relaxed, wade in and allow the waters to heal you.
